Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between i.s.c. Lean Audit Services GmbH and its customers.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer from i.s.c. Lean Audit Services GmbH.
3. Services
i.s.c. Lean Audit Services GmbH provides the contractually agreed services with the required care.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted excluding statutory VAT. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date.
5. Liability
The liability of i.s.c. Lean Audit Services GmbH is limited to intent and gross negligence.
6. Data Protection
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the privacy policy.
7. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of i.s.c. Lean Audit Services GmbH.
